by using interval, you agree to these terms.

license

interval is licensed, not sold.

a valid direct license grants personal, non-transferable use on up to the allowed number of devices under your license plan.

grace period

interval may require periodic online license verification.

an offline grace period of up to 14 days may apply after the last successful verification.

if verification cannot be completed beyond the grace period, functionality may be limited until verification succeeds.

payments and refunds

direct payments are processed by paddle as merchant of record.

refunds and consumer rights are handled under paddle’s applicable terms and policies.

acceptable use

you may not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;

  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share access beyond license limits;

  • bypass or interfere with licensing or activation mechanisms.

updates

interval may receive updates that change features, behavior, or technical requirements.

updates may be delivered automatically (including in-app updater) or manually.

availability and changes

Interval is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation.

limitation of liability

to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the app.

revocation

we may suspend or revoke access in cases of abuse, fraud, or material violation of these terms.

changes

these terms may be updated. continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
